Thank you for ordering your Free Supply of X-TENDED XL™. Please note: Upon ordering your initial supply of X-TENDED XL™, you will be billed $4.97 for shipping and handling. You will also be automatically enrolled in our 30-Day GOLD Program. Under the 30-day X-TENDED XL™ GOLD Program, you will be automatically billed $99.59 for each 30-day supply sent to you. This ensures that that you should never run out of X-TENDED XL™ until you desire to stop your shipments.

Cancellation: If you do not wish to automatically receive a 30-day supply of X-TENDED XL™ at the price of $99.59, which will be automatically billed to your credit card, simply call our toll free number (1-800-278-1922) Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (excluding National and State Holidays), Mountain Standard Time, within 10 days after ordering your 7-day Free Supply.

If you do not cancel the X-TENDED XL™ GOLD Program within 10 days after ordering your Free Supply, you will automatically be shipped a 30-day supply of X-TENDED XL™ and be billed $99.59 to your credit card. You will receive a new 30-day supply of X-TENDED XL™ approximately every 30 days thereafter until you decide to cancel the Program. Once on the X-TENDED XL™ GOLD Program, if you wish to cancel for any reason, simply call our toll-free number during hours of operation listed above. After canceling the GOLD Program, you will not be billed for any future product, but you will be billed for any product you have already received.

Authorization: I authorize X-TENDED XL to charge my credit card a shipping charge of $4.97 for my Initial Supply. Should I not cancel within 10 days after ordering my Initial Supply as described above, I also authorize X-TENDED XL to charge my credit card $99.59 for the GOLD Program 30-day supply of X-TENDED XL™. I authorize X-TENDED XL to charge my credit card $99.59 every 30 days thereafter for the continuing of X-TENDED XL GOLD Program 30-day supply until I choose to cancel the GOLD Program as described above. I understand that I will be billed for any product received before I cancel the GOLD Program. I understand that I can call X-TENDED XL™ on their toll-free number during their normal business hours if I have any questions.

Negative Option: I understand that this consumer transaction involves a negative option, and I may be liable for payment of future goods and services under the terms of this agreement if I fail to notify the supplier not to supply the goods or services described. For future purchases, X-TENDED XL reserves the right to make modifications and changes at any time, to these terms and conditions that are deemed necessary, without prior notification.
